1 General Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 88tmtplay platform, accessible at https://88tmtplay.net, and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered by 88tmtplay. By accessing or using the platform in any capacity — browsing, registering, depositing, or placing bets — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

2 Eligibility & Registration
To register and maintain an account on 88tmtplay, you must meet the following requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. 88tmtplay strictly prohibits gambling by minors and enforces age verification procedures on all new registrations.
- You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and use.
- You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Philippine law.
- You must not be a current or former employee of 88tmtplay or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of such an employee.
- You must not have been previously excluded from the 88tmtplay platform for any reason.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are required to submit your legal name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid email address. 88tmtplay may request proof of identity (such as a government-issued ID) or proof of address at any point during your membership.
Providing false registration information is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.
3 Account Management
Each member is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 88tmtplay at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are discovered, 88tmtplay reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated winnings, and retain any pending balances subject to investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login details with anyone. 88tmtplay will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 88tmtplay support immediately via live chat or email. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending access to protect your funds.
Accounts showing no activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 88tmtplay may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts after prior notification to the registered email address.
Account closure requests can be submitted to the 88tmtplay support team at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed as a matter of priority and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
88tmtplay accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱) through the following approved payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, InstaPay, PESONet, Visa debit/credit cards, and Mastercard debit/credit cards.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion. There is no standard maximum deposit, but 88tmtplay may apply limits based on payment method, account verification status, or responsible gaming settings.
All deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. 88tmtplay does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit found to originate from a third party will be reversed and the account will be subject to review.
Withdrawal requests are processed in the same currency as the deposit (Philippine Peso) to an account held in your name. The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within one to three business days. VIP members at Gold tier and above benefit from priority processing times. Platinum and Diamond VIP members receive near-instant withdrawals with no processing fees.
88tmtplay may request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding a certain threshold. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure.
Note on Bonus Balances: Withdrawal of funds that include bonus amounts is subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements may result in the bonus portion being forfeited.

5 Betting Rules
All bets placed on 88tmtplay are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or market. General betting rules that apply across all markets are as follows:
- Bets are only accepted from registered, verified, and logged-in members with sufficient account balance.
- A bet is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation notification from 88tmtplay. Unconfirmed bets will not be honoured.
- Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended except as specifically stated in market-specific rules.
- The minimum stake per bet is ₱50 unless a lower or higher limit is specified for a particular market or promotion.
- Maximum stake limits apply per event, market, and bet type. These limits may vary and are displayed in the bet placement interface.
- If a sporting event is postponed and not completed within the same calendar day (Philippine time), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to member accounts.
- In the event of a technical error affecting odds or bet acceptance, 88tmtplay reserves the right to void the affected bets. Members will be notified and stakes refunded.
- 88tmtplay reserves the right to limit the betting activity of any member at its sole discretion, including reducing maximum stakes, suspending markets, or voiding bets where abuse of odds or system errors is suspected.

6 Bonuses & Promotions
From time to time, 88tmtplay offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentive programmes to members. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, as well as these general bonus terms:
- Bonuses are credited to the member's account in Philippine Peso and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
- The standard wagering requirement for welcome and deposit bonuses is displayed on the relevant promotion page. Members must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable.
- Only bets placed on qualifying markets with real money (excluding other bonus funds) count toward wagering requirements, unless the promotion states otherwise.
- Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash outside the stated withdrawal conditions.
- 88tmtplay reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire a bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of promotions, or collusion between members.
- Each promotion is available once per member, per household, per device, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Cashback promotions are calculated on net losses during the stated qualifying period and are credited automatically. Cashback amounts may have their own wagering requirements — check the specific promotion page.
If you are unsure whether a particular bet qualifies toward a promotion's requirements, contact 88tmtplay support before placing the bet. Clarifications sought after the bet is placed cannot be honoured retroactively.
7 VIP Club
The 88tmtplay VIP Club is a loyalty rewards programme with five tiers: Member, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Participation is automatic for all registered accounts, beginning at the Member tier upon registration.
Tier advancement is based on cumulative qualifying bet activity during the review period. The specific thresholds for each tier are displayed in the VIP Club section of the platform. 88tmtplay reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds with prior notice to members.
Tier status is reviewed monthly. Members who do not meet the activity threshold for their current tier during a review period may be moved to a lower tier. Advance notice will be provided to affected members via email or through their account manager (Gold tier and above).
VIP benefits, including cashback rates, withdrawal processing times, account manager access, and bonus offers, are described on the VIP Club page and are subject to these Terms. 88tmtplay reserves the right to amend VIP programme terms and benefits at any time with reasonable notice.
VIP status and associated benefits are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the programme framework.
8 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88tmtplay platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and possible legal action:
- Opening or operating multiple accounts on the platform
- Using software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence to place bets or exploit the platform in any automated manner
- Arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational use
- Collusion with other members to manipulate betting outcomes or game results
- Providing false identification or misrepresenting your age, location, or identity
- Using stolen, borrowed, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your account
- Attempting to launder money or process illicit funds through the platform in any way
- Engaging in any activity that disrupts, harms, or compromises the security or integrity of the 88tmtplay platform
88tmtplay employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and regularly reviews betting patterns for irregularities. Suspected prohibited conduct will be investigated thoroughly. During any investigation, the relevant account may be suspended and access to funds restricted pending the outcome.
9 Privacy & Data

13 Governing Law & Disputes

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable time, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or pursue resolution through the courts of the Philippines.
You agree that any legal proceedings brought against 88tmtplay in connection with these Terms shall be conducted in the Philippines, and you submit to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts for such purposes.
